Do I need to be a member to place a wholesale order?
No. When your cart has a total of 15 pieces across different models and colours, you can order without membership or balance.
What is the difference between dealer and wholesale orders?
Dealer orders start from a single piece and are paid with the dealer balance; the product is shipped directly to your customer. Wholesale orders are at least 15 pieces in total and are shipped to you.
Who can become a dealer?
You don't need to own a company. You can apply as an individual seller, boutique, social media shop or e-commerce entrepreneur.
Do you offer dropshipping?
Yes. With your dealer account you can order from a single piece; we prepare the product and ship it directly to your customer. Trendyol orders ship with the marketplace cargo barcode. For orders from Instagram and your own website, your customer pays you by bank transfer; we ship it, or we send it with your own cargo tracking code. How does bag dropshipping work?
What is XML dealership?
A feed that automatically transfers product names, images, stock and price information to your store. It is provided to approved dealers.
How do returns and cancellations work?
You can request cancellation before shipping and a return after delivery from your account.
