How does dropshipping work on social media?
- You download product images from your dealer account and post them on your account.
- Your customer places an order via DM or WhatsApp.
- When entering the order in your panel, you select Website / social media as the sales channel and enter the recipient's name, phone number and address.
- Your customer pays you in advance by bank transfer (havale / EFT); don't create the order before you have received the payment.
- You choose the shipping method: if you want us to ship the package, the shipping fee is also deducted from your balance; if you have your own cargo agreement, you enter the tracking code or barcode and the package is shipped with that code.
- The dealer price of the product is deducted from your balance; the package is shipped to your customer.
How do payment and shipping work?
For orders from social media and your own website, payment is always taken in advance: your customer sends you the product price by bank transfer (havale / EFT), and you create the order in the panel. The product price is deducted from your dealer balance. You have two shipping options:
- We ship it. The social media shipping fee is deducted from your dealer balance; the current amount is shown on the order screen.
- Shipping with your own cargo code. If you have your own cargo agreement, you enter the tracking code or barcode you received in the order; we ship the package with that code.
Advance payment eliminates the risk of packages not being accepted and of returned shipments. Clearly sharing payment details and the estimated shipping time with your customer builds trust.
How to stand out when selling bags on Instagram
- Add real-life usage photos. Alongside product photos, show how the bag looks as part of an outfit.
- Always include dimensions. Answer questions like “Will my phone fit? Will an A4 fit?” in advance.
- Offer color options in a single post. Share the different colors of the same model as a carousel.
- Check stock before posting. Don't promote models that are low in stock in the dealer panel.
- Set up a consistent ordering flow. Explain pricing, shipping time and return terms in a pinned story highlight.
